🔧 APPLICATION (For Both Riveters)

• Ideal for Mild Steel (M.S.) rivets and soft metal rivets like aluminum.

• Suitable for:

  • Sheet metal work

  • HVAC duct fitting

  • Electrical enclosures

  • Metal bracket or signage fixing

  • General repair and fabrication tasks

• Commonly used in workshops, fabrication units, construction, and maintenance jobs.

• Compatible Rivet Sizes:

  • 1/8" (3.2mm), 5/32" (4.0mm), 3/16" (4.8mm)

⚠️ Not recommended for Stainless Steel (S.S.) rivets due to higher hardness that may damage the jaws and mechanism.

✅ Use only M.S. or Aluminum rivets; avoid S.S. rivets.

✅ Insert rivets fully into the nosepiece before applying pressure.

✅ Always wear safety goggles during operation.

✅ Don’t apply excessive force—let the tool work through its mechanical leverage.

✅ Regularly clean and oil the moving parts to maintain smooth function.

✅ Ensure the right rivet size is used with the matching nosepiece.

❌ Do not modify or use with power tools — designed for manual use only.

❌ Avoid using on extra-thick or hardened metals outside rated capacity.

✅ Store in dry place to avoid rust and corrosion.
