1. Who is Akash Trading Co.?
Akash Trading Co. is a growing company in India. This page contains all terms and conditions that stand for all orders placed on this site.
3. Discounts:
All the discounts are decided by Akash Trading Co. team and none of the Discount and offers can be clubbed together. The organization reserves the right to cancel or alter the Offer/ Discounts/coupons at any point of time without prior notice.
4. Address Change:
Any changes to the recipient address would be entertained free of cost if they are requested before 1 days of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be canceled.
5. Order Change:
Any changes to the order would be entertained with monetary adjustments if requested before 1 day of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be canceled. Cancellation charges of 12% are applicable on all cancellation requests
6. Delivery Product:
At Akash Trading Co., we strive to provide accurate product information and images on our website. However, please note that the actual products delivered may not always be exact replicas of those shown on the site due to various factors such as upgradations made by the brand owner, changes in design for marketing purpose, etc.
7. Damaged deliveries:
REFUND, REPLACEMENT, AND RETURN
The return request for a part of your order or entire order can be made in one of the following circumstances:-
1] Product has been spoiled/damaged in the transit.
2] Products that arrive in damaged packaging.
3] Wrong product has been delivered.
In all of the following circumstances please provide the proofs in the form of photographs & videos within 24 hours of the delivery. Akash Trading Co. shall not be obligated to accept returns for any product that isn’t spoiled, wrong, or damaged.
PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING A REQUEST FOR REFUND, REPLACEMENT, AND RETURN
Select the reason for return, replacement, or refund by choosing a particular option on the website.
Add four images of the product received in the following manner: -
1. The front image of the product along with the name of the product.
2. The back image of the product.
3. Image of the barcode on the product box.
4. Image of the outer packaging box of the product.
5. An unboxing video of the whole product received.
9. Substitution Policy
In the event that a specific product or item becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or higher value with subject to prior confirmation from the customer. This includes but is not limited to variations in color, design, or packaging.
10. Rules for Duplicate Orders:
If Akash Trading Co. finds that the same order has been made twice we will try to contact the customer and get that clarified. If the customer is not contactable we will take the decision on our behalf and that will be final.
11. Dealing with Fraudulent Customers:
If we find out any fraudulent behavior from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason, we hold the power to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable to anyone.
13. All courier items will be shipped using Delivery or equivalent courier. As such we cannot specify any delivery date or timing for such order. All orders will be delivered between 8 am - 10 pm and may take 1-7 days of shipping time depending on the product, availability and other parameters.
14. We hold the right to extend our services to any individual, organization, group or business unit. We may refuse to serve any individual, organization, group or business unit solely on our own will and we will not be answerable to anyone.
15. Akash Trading Co. may amend its Terms & Conditions from time to time. These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata.
16. These Terms and Conditions, together with Akash Trading Co.’s cancellation and refund policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and other rules and policies posted on the site, which are hereby incorporated as if set forth fully in these Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Akash Trading Co. with respect to your use of and material available on the site, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and Akash Trading Co. with respect to this site. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved.
17. I understand that Akash Trading Co. can send transactional and promotional SMS, Call, WhatsApp & Emails on my registered id & number.
18. Akash Trading Co. objective is to provide the best service and quality products, and to ensure the same, Akash Trading Co. might contact the receiver seeking the feedback.
19. In any case, if the order is placed by any individual unethically from powertoolskolkata.in. This will be considered as part of a fraud. The company has the right to cooperate with competent law enforcement agencies and to ask them to take appropriate action whenever such phenomena occur. Additionally, the company will notify the police or other competent authority.
