Return and Refund Policy
Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
You may request a return, refund, or replacement of your order under the following circumstances:
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
The wrong product has been delivered or an item is missing from the package.
Return Window
Customers may raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.
Proofs Required
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:
Clear photos of the product (front, back, barcode, and packaging).
A short video of the product condition/unboxing (recommended to ease the process).
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product is received back, refunds will be initiated within 2–5 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (for online orders).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via the customer’s provided bank account details.
Replacements
If eligible, replacement products will be shipped within 7–10 business days, subject to stock availability.
If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs will be borne by Akash Trading Co., provided the return is approved.
Customers will not be charged for returns of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before dispatch.
If the order has already been shipped, standard return procedures apply.
If the order is cancelled by Akash Trading Co., the refund will be initiated within 2 working days.
Exclusions
Products returned without valid reason (not defective, damaged, or incorrect) may not be accepted.
We do not offer product exchanges at this time.
Policy is applicable only for orders delivered within India.
