Return & Refund Policy

REFUND, REPLACEMENT, AND RETURN 

The return request for a part of your order or entire order can be made in one of the following circumstances:-

1] Product has been spoiled/damaged in the transit.

2] Products that arrive in damaged packaging.

3] Wrong product has been delivered.

In all of the following circumstances please provide the proofs in the form of photographs & videos within 24 hours of the delivery. Akash Trading Co. shall not be obligated to accept returns for any product that isn’t spoiled, wrong, or damaged.

PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING A REQUEST FOR REFUND, REPLACEMENT, AND RETURN 

Select the reason for return, replacement, or refund by choosing a particular option on the website.

Add four images of the product received in the following manner: -

1. The front image of the product along with the name of the product.

2. The back image of the product.

3. Image of the barcode on the product box.

4. Image of the outer packaging box of the product.

5. An unboxing video of the whole product received.

 

If order is cancelled by "Akash Trading Co." so your refund will give back within 3 working days.
